We camped here the nights of July 10th and 11th
Nice park on Madison Lake with a nice swimming beach, boat launch, and nice open park area with playground. Has a unique swinging bridge you can take from the upper campground down to the beach area.
This was an eventful trip, our dog, Molly, got into or was bit by something and had an allergic reaction, swelling her face up. We had to rush her an hour to the nearest vet with weekend hours, a shot of Benadryl, and some steroids and she was fine. The rest of the trip was peaceful and uneventful.
